		<description>Unfortunately what he said is not true.  I have an abdominal hernia, and have had it since 8th grade.  I got it during wrestling practice, but at the time felt like I had just pulled an ab muscle.  It felt like a slight burn/pull for about a week.  And two or three other times within the following 5 years, I felt it again. If your muscles are strong enough, they will hold the intestines in place.  It wasn&#039;t until 15 years later, and lack of a vigorous workout regimine that it finally popped out one day while when I stood up from a chair.  I would definitely get it checked out.</description>
